observed behaviour: every website is weirdly cached but not functional? observe (TBD add date when agatha messaged me)

sudo systemctl stop docker
// you will probably get the warning: Warning: Stopping docker.service, but it can still be activated by: docker.socket
sudo systemctl stop docker.socket
sudo systemctl start docker

if docker ps returns nothing like this:

$ docker ps
CONTAINER ID   IMAGE     COMMAND   CREATED   STATUS    PORTS     NAMES

restart the server on https://kis.hosteurope.de/administration → go to server overview → login → restart server

this cant be the solution so please investigate
