 He also collaborated with the NYUAD student initiative //Ecoherence//. Prof. Beck also initiated the //NYUAD Precious Plastic Group//, which later became a student interest group (SIG) that collects, washes, shreds, and creates new products from plastic collected on NYUAD campus.
